Velocity is designed to help large merchants manage their listings via CSV or Excel-based files.
Velocity will: export detailed order files for creating invoices, dispatch labels and pick-lists; generate a “till file” that lists only the SKUs with their unit values and the fees charged for P&P and PayPal; offer a database system to track what SKUs are already live on eBay and/or to manage price and quantity levels on eBay where these are not managed by your existing systems.
Developed through customer demand, the software continues to expand and new features added.
We can adapt the software to run in a bespoke fashion should you require additional functionality.
Setup
The basic offering typically includes one day of onsite installation & configuration to ensure that the application can: connect to the eBay sandbox and create sample listings; create a test listing in the eBay production environment; download a test order from the eBay
production environment.
Training
Up to 3 hours of initial training is usually provided on: running the application; understanding the application configuration; understanding and customising (if needed) the HTML and XLS files.
Additional training is recommended whenever new personnel become responsible for the Simple Lister application. This would be chargeable under the support options we offer.
